Online Ordering Guidelines
We require 72 hours notice for all online orders. Order pickups are weekdays only from 9:00 to 3:00. If we cannot accommodate the date/time indicated on your order, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel and refund the order.
Orders placed on Friday will be first available on the following Tuesday.
Missed or Forgotten Pickups
Online order pickups are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a no-show, online orders are not eligible for refunds or credits. It is very important you arrive during your scheduled pick up time, as we may not be available before or after this time. Your order may be available for pickup the following business day, if we are available, but you are responsible for informing us if you are to arrive later than indicated.
All deposits and payments made to La Louisiane Bakery are non-refundable. In the event of a postponement due to circumstances including, but not limited to COVID-19, government restrictions, natural disasters or medical emergencies, the customer must inform us as soon as possible. If we are available for the postponed date, the order can be transferred. If less than two weeks' notice is given, and the order has been partially made or completed, net costs incurred up to the point of the cancellation will need to be met by the client. The remaining balance will be held as a credit to be used within one calendar year. If we are not available for the postponed date, or the order is cancelled, any monies paid will be held as a credit to be used within one calendar year.
