Online Ordering Guidelines
We require 72 hours notice for all online orders. Order pickups are weekdays only from 9:00 to 3:00. If we cannot accommodate the date/time indicated on your order, we will contact you to reschedule.
Orders placed on Friday will be first available on the following Tuesday.
Missed or Forgotten Pickups
Online order pickups are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a no-show, online orders are not eligible for refunds or credits. It is very important you arrive during your scheduled pick up time, as we may not be available before or after this time. Your order may be available for pickup the following business day, if we are available, but you are responsible for informing us if you are to arrive later than indicated.
